ISEG Alumni association

ISEG Alumni association (2AI) includes all graduates from ISEG business schools of Paris, Lille, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Strasbourg and Toulouse.

The association conducts activities in three main areas:

  • Networking (clubs, parties, seminars)
  • Alumni news (address book)
  • human resources (job database, online CVs)

The portal of the association (available on www.anciens.iseg.fr) uses Noteka E-community. It allows the association to strengthen its presence on the web, to manage its alumni network, share documents, regardless of geographical location where each user.

Noteka specified and implemented fully this portal. It also monitors technical, accommodation and supports all its developments.


Centrale-Carrières is a joint venture the Alumni Associations of Centrale Lille, Lyon, Marseille and Nantes : more than 30 000 people are using its service through the web site designed by Noteka using E-Community.
Centrale-Carrieres
Proposed services are : employment ads database, CV database, targeted email alerts, common address book, specific editorial content, etc.. Noteka has created this platform. Its team also ensures the operation, maintenance and technical support.

The Education Permanente review

The Education Permanente Review uses the software service Noteka E-Business to manage its publications, propose free and paying contents, and put on-line more than 40 years of articles.

Noteka specified and realized completely this e-commerce portal, then ensured the migration of the data stored in the former application. We also insures the technical follow-up, the evolutions as well as users support.


Le Centre de Recherche sur la Formation (crf) is the main structure of research and training for research of the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers (CNAM). Centre de Recherche sur la Formation
The site www.cnam-crf.org federates all the information made available to researchers. It provides :
  • A presentation of all activities of the CRF
  • Secure documents sharing,
  • Organizing scientific events,
  • Presenting CVs of doctoral students

Le Nouveau Centre

Le Nouveau Centre uses the E-Community software to manage its members and all the operations associated with them (updates, payments, logs, events, etc.).

Noteka has specified and implemented this portal and migrated the data from the old application to the new system. It also provides the technical monitoring, accommodation and supports all its developments.


The ACL, Association of Former Students of Central Lyon, selected the Noteka E-Community software to achieve the complete overhaul of its Information System by merging three different tools: the Internet portal, the backoffice management and the system of direct mail by emails. Logo AA

Noteka specified and fully implemented this community portal (available at www.centraliens-lyon.net) , transformed and loaded legacy data (users, articles and news, mailing lists, ...). It also ensures the technical follow-up, hosting and supports of the applications. The portal manages more than 13 000 users.


Direct-Anciens

Direct-Anciens (available at www.direct-anciens.fr) is an innovative service to publish job offers a destination of alumni and employee.

It allows recruiters to target precisely and quickly alumni and employees who receive their job ads, to use advanced tools to manage their ads and consult accurate statistics to assess the effectiveness of each ad. The Web 2.0 unique features allow you to precise your search and find the right profiles.

Noteka has specified and implemented this portal.It also provides the technical monitoring, accommodation and supports all its developments.


The AA is the Alumni Association of Arthur Ansersen in France.

The association's web portal (available on www.arthuralumni.com) software uses the E-community. It allows the association to strengthen its presence on the web, to lead its alumni network and achieve their management tasks, share documents, regardless of the geographical location where each user.

Sunset partners club

The association was founded in 1998 at the initiative of a group of former employees and has managed to maintain a sense of teamwork thus perpetuating the warm atmosphere of the early years of what has been one of the most brilliant start-up 1980's.

The association Sunset Partners Club carries out actions around three themes:
  • The personal development and career
  • The information and collaboration among entrepreneurs, corporate buyers, and independent
  • The festivities
Association's web portal (available at www.sunset-managers.net) runs E-community. It allows the association to strengthen its presence on the web, to manage its network, manage its members careers and share documents, regardless of the geographical location where each user.

The AEMA is the Association of Alumni of the Military School of the Air. Founded in 1957, it is intended to bring together alumni of the Military Academy of air and Schools which, since 1922, have preceded it, provided they have satisfied the exit exams. Logo EMA

It allows the association to strengthen its presence on the web, to lead its alumni network and achieve their management tasks, share documents, regardless of the geographical location where each user. An automatic exchange of data has been set up with the AEA (www.aea.asso.fr) for the career aspects.

Formed in 1903 with the aim of mutual assistance by a group of former naval officers, the Association friendly of ships' officers groupait, eight years later, nearly a quarter of former naval officers exist.

In 1919, she took the name of Association of Graduates of the Naval Academy maintaining the same goals. Led by Lieutenant Gaudin de Villaine (EN 03), it concerns from the consequences of war.

The NEA was recognized as a public utility by decree of January 24, 1924.

Since December 15, 1937, as an engineering graduate of the Naval School was granted to alumni of the Ecole navale.
Since 1988, engineers graduated from the Naval Academy can get, under certain conditions, the title of European Engineering

Linda Kayan designs, manufactures and sells a collection of bags for the woman of today. An idea born of the difficulty that women find bags and luggage functional and practical, responding to their diverse needs - work, travel, sports… - while still valuing their femininity and their identity.

Noteka has designed the entire site institutional and commercial (e-shop), in collaboration with the principal designer of the brand and using the solution Noteka E-commerce.


Sweet-meet is dedicated to the free people, whatever their age (from 18 to 100 years), their marital status (single, divorced, married,…), their academic level : they only wish to meet people like them to share a good time together. SweetMeet

The www.sweet-meet.com web portal uses the software package E-community. It allows the company to reinforce its presence on the Web, to animate its network and to carry out its current tasks of management.

In collaboration with KIRA, communication agency specialized in strategic marketingwww.lindakayan.com, Noteka has developed the CMS for  www.riadstore.com.


Open on the external world, the EPITA alumni association (2AE) maintains throughout the year its alumni network. It develops and maintains relations with the various partners of the professional life (recruiters, IT companies and beyond…). Logo 2AE Epita

In 1794 the abbé Grégoire, an elected official, created the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers, withthe goal of "perfecting national industry" and "enlightening ignorance and impoverished people, who otherwise would not have the opportunity to learn." From 1952, the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers grows to a national and international scale.

Founded in 1946 and recognized as having public interest on Octobre 29, 1968, the alumni association of the École de l'air (AEA) has the goal of contributing to the future of the École de l'air and of the École du commissariat de l'air, of strengthening the links among alumni and of giving help to students and their families.

What AEA does is directly part of its goals: mutual help for deceased students' families and for families in difficulty, strengthening the bonds among its members, notably through events and communication.

Meeting-pro is a portal created by the Aleou company which organizes seminars and colloquiums, particularly within the medical profession.

This site allows:

  • member enrollment and management 

  • complete online event management

  • hotel reservations (through the website www.aleou.fr)

  • electronic payment for services (enrollments, reservation, catalogue sales for various products)

  • publishing minutes, photo albums, information bulletins, shared files

Created in 1981, INT Diplômés is the association linking engineers graduated from TELECOM INT and managers from INT Management. This represents nearly 7,500 professionals from the field of technology and the computing and information sector.

In 2008, INT Diplomes was renamed T&M Alumni. 

Its role is to:

  • Accompany alumni throughout their careers, facilitating employment;

  • Ensure the quality of the degrees and teaching offered by INT;

  • Maintain and faciliate networking among its members;

  • Develop contact with other Grandes Ecoles and institutions of tertiary education, in France and abroad.

Noteka has designed and built this community portal, online since March 2002. We also take care of technical follow-ups, hosting and its growth.


Passion d'Art is a virtual gallery dedicated to the promotion of contemporary art and whose role is to display the works of rising young artists. Passion d'Art's ambition is to be a place of shared emotions, a home to beauty. 

Passion d'Art is committed to promoting the work of artists and to making art accessible for everyone. 

Noteka designed and built the website www.passiondart.com. We also monitor its financial transactions and electronic payment, as well as hosting and maintenance.


The Club des Organismes de Recherche Associés' goal is to encourage participation of laboratories and French research teams in research programs funded by the European Union. 

Noteka designed and built the website www.clora.net from 1997 to 1999. The Clora portal was online for the following 4 years, then was completely renovated in 2003.


This "unofficial" website's objective is to improve relations between former employees of Telecom Paris through internet possibilities. 

TelecomParis.org

It was created following a personal initiative of Bruno Havet in 1998, called ANCIENS-TELECOM.ORG. Its functions were progressively developped in 1998-1999. A more elaborate second version was born at the end of 1999 and gave way to exponential growth in the number of members. In 2001, a third version was created, including new services.

Noteka is proud of having contributed to this site, delivered in 2006 after a 3-week long adaptation period. Special weight was placed on community functions (Web 2.0, forums, CMS) and on network services (employment, brodcast lists, classifieds, etc.)
