Central Directory Module
It manages all your contacts: your Community's personal, professional, and volonteer information, according to the critera you require (members, non members, adherents, non adherents, older members, students, partners, VIPs, etc.). It includes a complete search engine.
Every page can include a photo, a professional résumé, a CV, specific information and even fiscal receipts in PDF form.
It allows you to generate automatic group mailings to request payment of invoices or to check the validity of the contact information found there, for example.
The "wanted" page allows you to list older members whose information is also old and probably incorrect. The page will update this by sharing information with other members of the community and will also list people whose information has not been updated for over two years or whose mailboxes could not be found.
You will have access to a graphic Worldmap, with links to various sources (PEE) in order to obtain information. You can also access the Carnet Mondain, all with coherency monitoring, especially for syntax in email addresses, domain names and town and country codes.
